Guiding Principles - Steering committee

The Steering Committee sets priorities for areas where specific knowledge gathering/creation is needed, identifies (clarifies) opportunities, and agrees on deliverables and performance measures. Performance measures will be based on relevance, quality and timeliness of delivery.
